The project brief went beyond creating functional workstations; it was about building a “brand home”—a space that embodies Geodis’s international stature while fiercely prioritizing the well-being and culture of its local team.
In today’s competitive landscape, a company’s physical space is a powerful tool for talent retention and cultural cultivation. For Geodis, we aimed to design an environment that employees are proud to work in—a space that reflects the company’s value for its people.
The design immediately communicates Geodis’s global identity through a sophisticated and professional material palette. Clean lines, a refined colour scheme, and high-quality finishes create an atmosphere of trust and reliability that clients and employees alike can recognize. The reception area makes a powerful first impression, seamlessly integrating the Geodis brand into the architectural narrative.
But the true success of this workspace lies in its human-centric details. We moved beyond the generic open-plan model to create a diverse ecosystem of spaces that cater to different work modes and personalities. From vibrant café-style breakout areas that spark informal conversations to comfortable, well-equipped focus pods for uninterrupted work, the office offers choice and autonomy.
A key focus was on well-being and comfort. The layout maximizes access to natural light and fresh air, reducing reliance on artificial systems and creating a healthier indoor environment. The placement of collaborative areas along windows and the use of glass partitions ensure that the energizing connection to the outdoors is never lost.
This project for Geodis India is a prime example of how DZIGNS bridges the gap between global standards and local talent. We created more than an office; we crafted a destination that attracts, retains, and inspires the brilliant minds that drive Geodis’s success in India.
